Growing Uncommon Mindsets is all about challenging people to think in a way that goes against the detrimental ways of our culture. We aspire to incorporate a Biblical perspective, along with Biblical values to help build and develop a mindset that allows people to grow in a way that promotes true progress and restoration. In our culture it is uncommon to approach life from a perspective that incorporates the God of the Bible and His way for us to live. Here at GUM, we are all about using the uncommon way to help people grow in the best way to live their best life.
Growing Uncommon Mindsets isn’t a “religious organization”, and we’re not trying to give you “religion”, we want you to get to know God the Creator(your Maker), embrace The One True God(moral standard designer) and seek to understand the Word of God(the Bible). It’s not about religion it’s about right and wrong, life and death, and true and false. This is what Growing Uncommon Mindsets(GUM), Inc. and Creating Empowering Opportunities(CEO) Publishing is all about. Check us out so you can start thinking in a way that is uncommon to this world, but right according to God.
We are very open to healthy conversation and outlooks, but we must establish a standard and foundation that is based on truth, not your truth or our truth. First off, the Bible isn’t just a book it’s a library of books, with a large amount of historical validity (some historians say it has the most historical validity of all antiquity writings and documents). Also, it’s important to know that Jesus has historical reliability of living a life here on earth, along with the historical tracking of his death, burial, resurrection, and interactions after being resurrected. He makes claims that He is one with God, and this is where the God of the Bible is confirmed as being the one true God. So, see it is necessary to incorporate the Bible when it comes to establishing values, setting standards for morality, understanding what sin is and how you’re affected by its destructive nature. The Bible shows us how to be set free (salvation through Jesus Christ) from this world and how to live life in this world, which are major causes of the trauma, mental concerns, emotional pains, and strongholds we are plagued with as people. It’s not about “religion” it’s about what’s right, true, and best for us to grow as people individually and collectively.
We must incorporate Yah in everything, because He is the Creator of everything (except for evil), and He has a plan for your salvation, redemption, and sanctification. GUM is all about bringing in the truth to help you build a foundation of better living mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
Through our workshops, books, and other services, we aspire to help you in a way that leads to you becoming the best version of yourself. With the hope that you grow in a way that is uncommon to our culture but pleasing to God and beneficial to your family and those that God calls you to help and serve.
We want to be clear; we do not force our beliefs on anyone, and we don’t exclude any one from receiving our services and help. We do have a set of standards and beliefs that we stand firmly on and aren’t going to be pressured to change or adjust to appease the common outlooks and opinions of the culture.
Give us a call or shoot us an email for any questions about our workshops and products, to set up a consultation, or if you just want to find out more about us.
